[사운드체크석 안내]
* 사운드체크석은 본 공연 관람 전 사운드체크 이벤트에 참석 가능한 좌석입니다.
* 사운드체크석을 예매한 관객분께서는 본 공연 전 미리 입장하여 사운드체크 이벤트 관람 후 퇴장 없이 본 공연까지 관람 가능합니다. (사운드체크 이벤트 종료 후 본 공연 시작 전까지 공연장 내에서의 이동은 가능하나, 공연장 외부로의 퇴장 시 재입장 불가하니 이 점 유의 바랍니다.)
* 사운드체크석은 본 공연 시작 약 2시간 전부터 입장이 시작될 예정으로, 개인적인 사정으로 사운드체크 이벤트에 참석하지 못하시더라도 부분 환불은 불가하므로 예매 시 유의해주시기 바랍니다. (*당일 현장 상황에 따라 입장 시간은 변동될 수 있습니다.)
* 온라인 라이브 스트리밍의 예매 안내는 추후 예매처 (Weverse, Beyond LIVE)를 통해 별도 공지될 예정입니다.

- Ticket Prices: Soundcheck 176,000 KRW, General Seat 154,000 KRW (including VAT, All designated seats)
- Age Restriction: 7 years and above (No admission for preschool children)
- Purchase Limit: Fan Club pre-sale 1 ticket per person / General Sale 2 tickets per person (including Fan Club pre-sale quantity)(per show)
* Soundcheck is eligible for the pre-show sound check event.
* People who purchase the ticket for Soundcheck can participate in a sound check event before watching the concert.
* Audience members who have reserved Soundcheck can enter the venue before the main show to attend the sound check event and stay for the main show without exiting. (While movement within the venue is allowed after the sound check event until the start of the main show, re-entry from outside the venue is not permitted.)
* Soundcheck will open approximately 2 hours before the start of the concert. Please note that partial refunds will not be issued even if you are unable to attend the sound check event due to personal reasons, so please keep this in mind when making reservations. (Admission time may vary depending on on-site conditions.)
* Information regarding online live streaming sale will be announced separately through designated ticketing platforms (Weverse, Beyond LIVE).

[팬클럽 선예매 안내]
- 팬클럽 선예매는 SUPER JUNIOR 공식 팬클럽 “E.L.F.” 멤버십(GL) 회원 중 정해진 기간 내 위버스(Weverse)를 통한 선예매 사전 신청과 티켓링크를 통한 팬클럽 선예매 인증을 모두 완료하신 분만 참여 가능합니다.
- SUPER JUNIOR 공식 팬클럽 “E.L.F.” 멤버십(GL)의 가입자명과 티켓링크 예매자명, 실관람자명이 모두 일치해야 관람이 가능합니다.
- 본인의 부주의로 인한 멤버십 정보 노출 및 노출된 멤버십 정보로 타인이 팬클럽 인증을 받는 행위에 대해서는 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서 일체 책임지지 않으니, 본인의 회원 정보 관리에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

* STEP 1. 팬클럽 선예매 사전 신청
- 신청 기간: 2025년 2월 22일(토) 2:00PM (KST) ~ 2월 24일(월) 11:59:59PM (KST)
- 위버스(Weverse)의 SUPER JUNIOR 공식 팬클럽 “E.L.F.” 멤버십(GL) 회원에 한해 별도 페이지에서 팬클럽 선예매 사전 신청이 가능합니다. 상세 안내는 위버스(Weverse)의 SUPER JUNIOR 커뮤니티 공지를 통해 확인하실 수 있습니다.
- 팬클럽 선예매 참여를 원하시는 분은 신청 기간 내에 사전 신청을 완료해 주시기 바라며, 팬클럽 선예매를 위해 선예매 신청자의 기본 정보(성함, 멤버십 번호)가 티켓링크에 전달되니 이에 동의하시는 분만 선예매 사전 신청을 해주시기 바랍니다.
* STEP 2. 팬클럽 선예매 신청자 사전 인증
- 인증 기간: 2025년 2월 27일(목) 12:00PM (KST) ~ 3월 4일(화) 11:59:59PM (KST)
- 위버스(Weverse)에서 “팬클럽 선예매 사전 신청 기간” 내 선예매 사전 신청을 완료한 SUPER JUNIOR 공식 팬클럽 “E.L.F.” 멤버십(GL) 회원에 한해 티켓링크 “2025 YESUNG CONCERT [We’re the Complicated Kind]” 예매 페이지에서 팬클럽 인증이 가능합니다. 해당 기간 내 팬클럽 사전 인증을 완료해야 선예매가 가능하니 반드시 기간 내 팬클럽 사전 인증을 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 본인 명의의 티켓링크 ID로 로그인하신 후, 팬클럽 선예매 참여 신청을 진행한 SUPER JUNIOR 공식 팬클럽 “E.L.F.” 멤버십(GL) 회원 정보(성함, 멤버십 번호)로 팬클럽 인증이 가능합니다. (대소문자 및 띄어쓰기도 동일하게 작성)
- 본인 명의의 티켓링크 ID 1개당, 선예매를 신청한 위버스(Weverse) 계정 1개만 인증 가능하며 중복 인증은 불가합니다.
- 인증 완료한 멤버십 정보는 수정, 취소 및 재사용이 불가하며, 티켓링크 회원 탈퇴를 해도 재인증이 불가합니다.
- 팬클럽 인증을 국문 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 국문 예매 페이지에서만 가능하며, 글로벌 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 글로벌 예매 페이지에서만 가능합니다.
- 선예매는 공연 관람 당일까지 멤버십 자격을 유지하고 있어야 유효합니다. 선예매 신청이 확정된 멤버십은 결제 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다. (멤버십 구매샵 확인 방법: 위버스샵 앱 > MY > 주문내역)
- 팬클럽 인증 오류 발생 시 티켓링크 고객센터(1588-7890) 또는 1:1 문의하기로 문의 바랍니다.
* STEP 3. 팬클럽 선예매 티켓 오픈
- 선예매 기간: 2025년 3월 4일(화) 8:00PM ~ 11:59:59PM (KST)
- 팬클럽 선예매 사전 신청을 진행한 SUPER JUNIOR 공식 팬클럽 “E.L.F.” 멤버십(GL) 회원 중 인증 기간 내 티켓링크 “2025 YESUNG CONCERT [We’re the Complicated Kind]” 예매페이지에서 팬클럽 인증을 완료한 분에 한해 회당 1인 1매 예매 가능합니다.
- 팬클럽 인증을 완료하였더라도 팬클럽 선예매 기간이 지난 후에는 일반예매로만 티켓 구매가 가능하니 일정을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 해당 기간 내에 인증 및 예매를 하지 않아 발생하는 피해에 대한 책임은 전적으로 당사자에게 있으며 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서는 그 어떠한 책임이 없음을 알려드립니다.
[일반예매 안내]
- 일반예매 기간: 2025년 3월 6일(목) 8:00PM (KST) ~
- 일반예매는 회당 1인 2매까지 가능합니다. (회당 팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함)
- 일반예매는 팬클럽 선예매 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 팬클럽 선예매로 매진될 경우 일반예매 오픈 시에 예매 가능한 잔여석이 없을 수 있습니다.
[휠체어석 예매 안내]
- 휠체어석 팬클럽 선예매 기간: 2025년 3월 4일(화) 10:00AM ~ 6:59:59PM (KST)
- 휠체어석 일반예매 기간: 2024년 3월 6일(목) 10:00AM (KST) ~
- 휠체어석은 티켓링크 고객센터(1588-7890)를 통한 전화 예매만 가능하며, 본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 회당 1인 2매까지 예매 가능합니다. 동반인도 반드시 예매하셔야 입장 가능하므로 반드시 사전에 함께 예매해주시기 바랍니다.
- 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 입장이 불가능합니다.
- 휠체어석 티켓은 당일 현장 수령만 가능합니다. 티켓 수령을 위해 예매자 본인의 실물 신분증 및 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드를 반드시 지참해야 하며, 미 지참 시 티켓 수령 및 휠체어석 이용이 불가합니다. (대리 수령 및 양도 불가)
- 팬클럽 선예매 티켓 구매자는 “E.L.F.” 모바일 회원카드를 지참하셔야 하며, 동반자가 직계가족이 아닐 경우에는 동반자의 “E.L.F.” 회원 유무 확인 후, 티켓 수령이 가능합니다.
- 동반인이 직계가족일 경우 가족관계증명서, 예매자 실물 신분증, 보호자 실물 신분증을 모두 확인 후 티켓 수령이 가능합니다.
- 장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드)을 소지하고 계시더라도 휠체어를 이용하지 않는 관객은 휠체어석 이용이 불가합니다.

[Fanclub Presale]
- To participate in the Fanclub presale, members of “E.L.F.”(GL), official Fanclub of SUPER JUNIOR, must complete both Pre-verification through Weverse and Fanclub verification through the Ticket Link within the designated period.
- You can watch the concert only when the name of the membership of “E.L.F.” (GL), official Fanclub of SUPER JUNIOR, matches with the name of the person who purchased the ticket through Ticket Link, and the actual watcher.
- The presenting company and the official ticket site shall not be responsible for acts of other people who verified themselves with your membership information exposed due to your carelessness. Please be careful to manage your membership information.
- For questions related to joining the membership of “E.L.F.”(GL), official Fanclub of SUPER JUNIOR, please check with the Weverse (http://www.weverse.io)
* STEP 1. Fanclub Presale Pre-application
- Application Period: February 22, 2025 (Saturday) 2:00PM (KST) ~ February 24, 2025 (Monday) 11:59:59PM (KST)
- Only members of “E.L.F.”(GL), Weverse’s official Fanclub of SUPER JUNIOR, can participate in the Fanclub presale pre-application on a separate page. Detailed instructions for Fanclub presale pre-application can be found through the SUPER JUNIOR community notice on Weverse.
- If you wish to participate in the Fanclub presale, please complete the pre-application during the application period. Please note that for the Fanclub presale, basic information of pre-applicants (name, membership number) will be transferred to the Ticket Link. Therefore, only those who agree to this should proceed with the Pre-verification.
* STEP 2. Pre-Verification Period for Fanclub Presale Applicant
- Verification Period: February 27, 2025 (Thursday) 12:00PM (KST) ~ March 4, 2025 (Tuesday) 11:59:59PM (KST)
- Members of “E.L.F.”(GL), official Fanclub of SUPER JUNIOR, who have completed the pre-verification for Fanclub presale during the "Fanclub Presale Pre-Verification Period" on Weverse can verify their Fanclub membership on the Ticket Link “2025 YESUNG CONCERT [We’re the Complicated Kind]” reservation page. Fanclub presale tickets can be purchased by only completing the pre-verification process within the designated period, so please make sure to finish the pre-verification for Fanclub presale within the applicable period.
- After logging in with your Ticket Link ID, you can verify your Fanclub membership by providing the information (name, membership number) of “E.L.F.”(GL) membership, official Fanclub of SUPER JUNIOR, who applied for Fanclub presale. (Please enter it exactly as it appears, including capitalization and spacing.)
- You can verify yourself with only one Weverse account that you applied for the Presale per Ticket Link ID. Duplicate verification will be impossible.
- The membership information that completes the verification process cannot be amended, canceled, nor reused. You cannot verify yourself again even if you leave the Ticket Link membership.
- If the Fanclub verification for Fanclub Presale is conducted on the Korean-language page, you can purchase the ticket only through the Korean-language page. If the Fanclub verification for Fanclub Presale is conducted on the global page, you can purchase the ticket only through the global page.
- Presale is valid only when membership status is maintained until the day of the show. Memberships whose presale verification have been confirmed cannot be canceled or refunded. (How to check the membership purchase shop: Weverse Shop App > MY > Order Details)
- In case of any errors during verification process, please contact Ticket Link Customer Center at 1:1 online inquiry.
* STEP 3. Fanclub Presale Ticket Open
- Presale Period: March 4, 2025 (Tuesday) 8:00PM ~ 11:59:59PM (KST)
- Only those who have completed Fanclub verification on the Ticket Link “2025 YESUNG CONCERT [We’re the Complicated Kind]” reservation page within the verification period and are members of “E.L.F.”(GL), official Fanclub of SUPER JUNIOR, who participated in the Pre-verification for Fanclub presale can reserve one ticket per person.
- Even if you have completed the Fanclub verification, you can only purchase tickets through General Sales after the Fanclub Presale period, so please check the Fanclub verification and Fanclub Presale period. We would like to inform you that the parties are solely responsible for the damage caused by failure to certify and book within the relevant period, and that the host, organizer, and ticket vendor of the concert are not responsible for any damage.
[General Sale]
- General Sale Period: March 6, 2025 (Thursday) 8:00PM (KST) ~
- You can only purchase 2 tickets per show (including the ticket purchased through the Fanclub Presale).
- All remaining seats from the Fanclub Presale will be opened for General Sale. If the tickets are sold out during the Fanclub Presale, there may be no seats available for General Sale.
[Wheelchair Accessible Seats Sale]
- Wheelchair Accessible Seats Fanclub Presale: March 4, 2025 (Tuesday) 10:00AM ~ 6:59:59PM (KST)
- Wheelchair Accessible Seats General Sale: March 6, 2025 (Thursday) 10:00AM (KST) ~
- Wheelchair accessible seats can only be reserved via phone booking through the Ticket Link Customer Center (1588-7890), and up to two tickets can be reserved per person, including the person using the wheelchair and one companion. Please make sure to reserve for accompanying individuals in advance, as they must also have reservations to enter.
- You can only reserve the wheelchair accessible seats only when the name of the person who reserve them is identical to the name in the disability register card (or welfare card). If you are not the person who reserve them, you and your companion will not be allowed to enter.
- Wheelchair accessible seats can only be collected on the day of the show. To collect wheelchair accessible seat tickets, the ticket holder must present their physical ID and disability registration card or welfare card. Failure to present these documents will result in the inability to collect tickets or use wheelchair accessible seats. (Proxy collection and transfer not allowed)
- Fan Club pre-sale ticket buyers must bring the “E.L.F.” mobile membership card. If the companion is not a direct family member, ticket pickup is possible after confirming the companion's “E.L.F.” membership status.
- If the companion is a direct family member, ticket pickup is possible after confirming the family relationship certificate, the physical ID of the ticket purchaser, and the physical ID of the guardian.
- Even if you have a disability register card (or welfare card), wheelchair accessible seats are not available for audiences who do not use wheelchair.
