[팬클럽 선예매 안내]
* 선예매 기간: 08/21(수) 20:00PM (KST) ~ 08/22(목) 23:59PM (KST)
* 선예매 인증 기간 : 8/16(금) 12:00PM (KST) ~ 08/22(목) 23:59PM (KST)

<선예매 인증 방법>
1. 티켓링크 회원가입 및 본인의 ID로 로그인 후 예매 페이지 내에서 '팬클럽/멤버십 인증’을 클릭
 
2. 인증 팝업창에서 인피니트 2024 시즌 그리팅 구매자 본인의 이메일 주소와 주문번호로 인증
- 시즌 그리팅 주문번호는 더블에이치티엔이 스토어 홈페이지 내 마이페이지에서 인피니트 시즌 그리팅 주문 시 작성한 이메일과 주문번호를 확인해 주세요. 회원가입 시 기입한 정보가 아닌 구입 시 작성한 이메일 주소를 확인해 주셔야 합니다.
ex) billions@thebillions.co.kr / 20100609-0000208
- 팬클럽/멤버십 인증 버튼 클릭 후 '회원번호 / 팬클럽 회원번호' 탭에 시즌 그리팅 주문번호를 입력 부탁드립니다.
- 인피니트 시즌 그리팅을 여러 번 구입하신 분께서는 제일 빠르게 주문한 주문번호와 이메일 주소를 입력 부탁드립니다.
(* 매칭 오류 시 다른 주문번호로 매칭 시도 부탁드립니다.)
- 인증 완료 후 다른 아이디로 변경 불가하며, 재인증은 불가합니다. 
- 인증 오류 시, 티켓링크 고객센터로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다. 
 
3. 선예매 유의사항
- 선예매 인증은 티켓링크 ID 한 개당 한 번만 가능합니다. 
- 인증 완료 이후 다른 아이디로 변경 불가하며, 재인증 불가합니다. 
- 선예매는 1인 1매까지 가능합니다. 

- 공연 당일 티켓 수령 시 본인 확인이 진행되며, 반드시 실제 관람하실 본인의 ID로 예매하시기 바랍니다. ​

 


[일반 예매 안내]
- 일반예매는 08/23 (금) 20:00PM 부터 진행됩니다.
- 일반예매는 각 회차별 1인 2매까지 예매 가능합니다. (선예매 매수 포함)​
- 일반예매는 선예매 진행 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 
선예매 시 매진될 경우 일반예매 오픈 시에 예매 가능한 좌석이 없을 수 있습니다.

* Pre-sale period: August 21 (Wed) 20:00 PM (KST) ~ August 22 (Thurs) 23:59 PM (KST)
* Pre-sale verification period: August 16 (Fri) 12:00 PM (KST) ~ August 22 (Thurs) 23:59 PM (KST)

1. After signing up for Ticketlink and logging in with your ID, click “Fan Club/Membership Verification” within the ticketing page

2. In the verification popup window, verify using your email address and order number for Infinite 2024 Season Greeting
- To find your order number for the Season Greeting, please check on ‘My Page’ for the order number and the email you entered when ordering the Infinite Season Greeting on the DHTNE Store homepage. Please make sure to confirm the email address you entered at the time of purchase, not the one you entered during registration.
ex) billions@thebillions.co.kr / 20100609-0000208
- In case of verification error, please contact Ticketlink Customer Service. 
- Once the verification is complete, you cannot change to a different ID, and you cannot re-verify. 

3. Notes for the Pre-sale
- Pre-sale verification can be only performed once per Ticketlink ID. 
- Once verified, you cannot change to another ID and you cannot re-verify. 
- Only 1 ticket per person is allowed for the pre-sale.
- You will be asked to verify your identification on the day of the event, so please make sure to use your own ID to reserve your ticket.

[Information on General Sale]
- The general sale reservations will open on August 23 (Fri) 20:00 PM.
- General sale reservations are limited to 2 tickets per person per show. (This includes pre-sale tickets) 
- The general sale reservations will be open to seats remaining after the fan club pre-sale, 
and if the fan club pre-sale sells out, there may be no seats available when the general sale opens.​
