[티켓 예매 안내]
▶일정
예매 기간 : 2024년 5월 3일(금) 14:00 ~ 2024년 5월 14일(화) 17:00 (KST)
- 결제 시 무통장 입금 결제를 선택하셨을 경우, 정해진 기간 내에 입금하셔야 예매가 취소되지 않습니다. 미입금 시 예매하신 티켓은 자동으로 취소됩니다. (※ 은행 별 입금 마감 시간이 다를 수 있으니 사전에 확인하시기 바랍니다.)

▶안내 사항
- 일반 예매 회당 1인 2매 
- 본 공연은 8세 이상 관람 가능하며 1인 1티켓을 소지하신 관람객에 한하여 입장이 가능합니다.
- 국가유공자(동반 1인) 20% 할인
- 중증장애인(1-3급/동반 1인) 20% 할인 ( 중복 할인 불가/ 현장 수령 )
- 경증장애인(4~6급/본인만) 20% 할인 ( 중복 할인 불가/ 현장 수령 )
* 증빙자료 미 지참 시 정가 대비 차액 지불, 현장 수령

- 예매 변경, 취소, 환불은 지정 예매처 에서만 정해진 기간 내 가능하며, 5월 14일 17:00 이후 변경 및 환불은 불가합니다.
- 장애인 휠체어석은 티켓링크 고객센터(1588-7890)를 통해서 예매 가능합니다.

[티켓 수령 안내]
- 본 공연 티켓은 모두 현장수령 입니다.
현장 티켓 수령 시 예매자의 실물 신분증과 예매내역을 대조하여 실제 관람자 본인의 일치 여부를 확인할 예정입니다.
본인 확인이 되지 않으면 티켓 수령이 불가하오니, 아래 두 가지를 반드시 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.
* 예매내역(티켓링크)
예매번호 확인 가능한 예매내역을 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.
* 실물 신분증
얼굴과 이름을 대조할 수 있는 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권 등을 준비해 주시기 바랍니다.
청소년의 경우에도 얼굴과 이름을 알 수 있는 학생증 및 여권 등으로 확인 가능합니다.
▶본인확인이 가능한 지정 유효 신분증
- 대한민국 국적 : 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권, 청소년증(주민센터 발급), 학생증

- 대한민국 국적 외 : 여권, 외국인 등록증​

Purchase restrictions: 2 tickets per person at a time

[Ticket reservation announcement]
▶Schedule
Reservation period: Friday, May 3, 2024 14:00 ~ Tuesday, May 14, 2024 17:00 (KST)

- If you choose to make a payment by bank transfer at the time of payment, your reservation will not be canceled if you make a payment within a fixed period of time. If you have not paid, the reserved ticket will be automatically canceled. (*Please check beforehand as each bank may have different closing times.)


▶Guidelines
- 2 tickets per person per general reservation
- This performance is available for ages 8 and up, and only visitors with one ticket per person can enter.
- 20% discount for people of national merit (one accompanying person)
- 20% discount for people with severe disabilities (1-3rd grade / 1 companion) (no duplicate discount / on-site receipt)
- 20% discount for people with mild disabilities (4th to 6th grade/person only) (duplicate discount not allowed/on-site receipt)
* If you do not bring the certification materials, you will pay the difference from the list price and receive them on-site

- Reservation changes, cancellations, and refunds can only be made within a fixed period of time at the designated reservation destination, and cannot be changed or refunded after 17:00 on May 14th.
- Wheelchair seats can be reserved at Ticketlink Customer Center (1588-7890).

[Ticket pick-up announcement]
- All tickets for this performance will be received on-site.
When receiving the on-site ticket, we will check the actual ID of the reservation person with the reservation history to see if the actual visitor matches.
If you cannot identify yourself, you will not be able to receive the ticket, so please make sure to bring the following two.
* Reservation details (ticket link)
Please bring your reservation history to confirm your reservation number.
* physical identification card
Please prepare a resident registration card, driver's license, passport, etc. that can check your face and name.
In the case of teenagers, you can also check it with a student ID or passport that shows their faces and names.
▶ Designated valid identification card for identification
- Korean nationality: resident registration card, driver's license, passport, youth card (issued by community center), student card
- Non-Korean nationality: passport, alien registration card
