Cancellation Cancellation fee will be imposed upon cancellation, unless the cancellation is made on the day of your reservation and the reservation fee will not be refundable.
Even within 7 days from the reservation, if less than 10 days are left from the show day, an applicable cancellation charge will be imposed. (According to Article 31 in the Terms of Use)
1,000KRW will be imposed for the cancellation fee less than 1,000KRW when revoking your reservation according to the cancellation fee policy.

- If you are receiving the refund due to an issue caused by the show itself, additional cancellation fee will not be imposed.

If the ordered ticket had already been sent out for delivery, cancellation on the webpage will not be available. However, you can still cancel through the Service Center if you return the ticket to our headquaters before the cancellation deadline.

Exchange/Return Information
Overseas Delivery and Exchange/Return Policy
  • We offer a service to assist you in the international shipping of products (for which the sales and purchase agreements had been entered into) through the international shipping networks with which we have business partnerships. The international shipping stage is as follows:
  • - International Shipping: Once the item is received, we ship it to the recipient via an international shipping network.
  • Overseas delivery is available only for products under 30kg per order. If the actual weight of the product exceeds 30kg, part of the product may be returned and shipped at the buyer's choice. However, if we fail to get through with the buyer within 4 days, the entire order will be canceled and the purchased item will either belong to us or be discarded.
  • You may change the delivery address and cancel the purchase for add-on items before delivery, and once delivery begins, you cannot change the delivery address or cancel the purchase.
  • If you wish to cancel your purchase after delivery has begun, you must express your intention to return/refund via the Ticketlink website or Customer Service Center and follow the return/refund procedure.
  • The Buyer must express his/her intention to exchange/refund on the Ticketlink website for exchange or return, within seven (7) days of receipt of the product.
  • When requesting for exchange/refund out of a change of mind, you must submit your reservation number along with objective evidence to prove that the product is available for resale.
  • When requesting an exchange/refund from a reason attributable to the seller (product defect, wrong delivery), you must submit the reservation number and objective evidence to prove the wrong delivery or defect of the purchased product to the company in order to obtain approval from the company.
  • In the case of exchange/return, the Buyer must return the item purchased directly through the post office located in the region and submit the supporting documents (such as proof of shipping cost) on the 1:1 consultation page of the Company’s homepage. Once the product is collected, it shall undergo an inspection followed by exchange/return/refund process.
  • As for the use of international shipping services, the recipient shall be responsible for all other charges that may arise or vary depending on the delivery/shipping nation (e.g., customs duties, taxes, etc.).
  • When returning the purchased item to the Company for the following reasons, the Company will notify the Buyer via email, etc., and if the Buyer does not pick up the product, the purchased item shall vest in the Company or is discarded.
  • 1) In case the goods are returned as the address or information about the recipient is inaccurate or cannot be identified
    2) In case the goods are returned as the items cannot vest in to the recipient due to the circumstances of the recipient
    3) In case the goods are returned during the customer approval process (e.g., the import of the item is prohibited in the recipient country).
    4) In case the goods are returned from reasons not attributable to the Company
  • Returns as the product was not able to clear the customs in the recipient country are considered the responsibility of the Buyer, and the cost accompanied therein is borne by the Buyer. Goods rejected by customs are automatically returned to the seller and the rest of the items are shipped overseas. When products whose customs clearance are rejected from the seller’s fault, the purchase price and international shipping cost corresponding to the weight will be refunded.
  • Returns from the refusal of overseas customs or recipient shall be considered to be responsible by the Buyer, and any domestic/overseas shipping costs arising therefrom vest in the Buyer. Returned goods will be stored for up to 90 days in the Company’s logistics center, and if the Buyer cannot be reached within 90 days, the purchased item will either belong to us or be discarded. If the Buyer requests a refund, it will be done accordingly upon deducting disposal charge and other fees.
Exchange/Return Notice
  • In case of canceling the entire ticket, the add-on items purchased together will also be cancelled.
  • Please note that when exchanging add-on items, refunds may be processed if it is out of stock.
  • Should you wish to exchange add-on items for another product, please return/refund first and purchase again.
  • Please be advised that if you wish to exchange/refund a product out of change of your mind, the exchange/refund will be available only if the product and packaging can be resold. Any delivery cost and other expenses accompanied therein shall vest in the customer.
  • If the reason for exchange/refund is attributable to the seller (product defect, wrong delivery), the shipping cost is borne by the seller, and the full amount including the shipping will be refunded for the refund request.
  • As for exchange/refund, you must first apply through the Ticketlink website or Customer Service Center. Should you send back the item without filing for exchange/refund process, the exchange/refund shall not be made.
  • If a minor enters into a contract without the consent of his/her legal representative, the minor him/herself or his/her legal representative may cancel the purchase.

Reason/Ground for Withdraw Subscription Restriction
  • When available period for exchange/refund request had been exceeded (exceeding 7 days from the completion of product delivery)
  • If the production of ordered/manufactured products is already in progress
  • If the product is lost/damaged due to the consumer's fault
  • If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to the Buyer’s use of product, opening of packaging, or partial consumption (excluding opening of packaging for checking purpose)
  • If the value of the product has significantly decreased to the extent that resale is difficult from the passage of time
  • If the packaging of the product that can be reproduced is damaged (ex. DVD, CD, video photo book, book, photo book, photo card, etc.).
  • If the packaging of the randomly sent product is damaged (e.g., photo card, poster, etc.)
  • If any component of the purchased product is missing.
  • If the case falls under the purview of restrictions on withdrawal of consumer subscriptions stipulated by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.

  • The compensation for damages will be made in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards (Notified by the Fair Trade Commission) according to Korea’s Framework Act on Consumers.
